At DooÜ, our refund policy is straightforward: you are only ever charged once a prescription has been issued. If a prescription is not issued for any reason, you will not be charged. This policy applies to all medical consultations and services processed through the DooÜ platform. DooÜ is not a pharmacy or drug manufacturer.

2. Why Refunds Are Not Available After a Prescription
When a prescription is issued, both the medical consultation and the prescribing service have been fully completed by a licensed physician. Because these are professional medical services, they cannot be reversed or returned in the way a physical product can.
This applies regardless of whether you choose to fill the prescription, your satisfaction with the treatment recommendation, or the outcome of using the prescribed medication.
3. Prescription Medications
DooÜ does not fulfill or ship medications directly. Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed pharmacy partners. Any concerns about medication quality, incorrect items, or damaged packaging should be directed to the dispensing pharmacy.
